If you would like to return a product for exchange, replacement, or refund, please email our customer service department, either at statusejuice@gmail.com or use our provided contact form, for a return request. Please provide as much detail as possible, including your order number, name, address, telephone number, and reason for the return. If the return is approved you will receive further directions on returning the package to us.

We may request that you email pictures of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. In the event of hardware issues, we may also email you with steps to troubleshoot devices in an attempt to save you the time of returning the items.

You may return unopened and unused items for a full refund within 45 days of purchase. You may not return ejuice, liquid products or other consumable products for hygienic reasons, these items are non-refundable.

If you are returning a product for refund, we may charge a 15% restocking fee if the original product is not in new condition. If the original packaging you are returning is defective, you will not be charged a restocking fee. 

You will be responsible for return shipping charges. These charges are non-refundable. 

If quantities of item are insufficient to replace a defective item returned for exchange, we will process as a refund.
